• Exchange your smartphone voucher for the Verona Card at the IAT Info Point, Via Leoncino 61 (Palazzo Barbieri). Sundays: 09:00–17:00

• Your Verona Card is validated at first use. Scan it at the museum ticket offices and on buses

4. Is there a child’s version of the card?

No. Most civic museums in Verona are free for children under 8 (or have a highly reduced €1 rate for minors). It’s usually cheaper to pay individual reduced fees for kids rather than buying them a card.

5. When does the card "start"?

The card is activated at the moment of its first use—either when you scan it at a museum entrance or on a bus. It is valid for exactly 24 or 48 consecutive hours from that timestamp.

6. Can I buy it today and use it tomorrow?

Yes. Buying the card does not activate it. It only starts ticking once you actually use it at your first attraction.

7. Can I visit the same museum twice?

No. The card allows one-time entry to each included site.

8. Does it include the Verona Arena?

Yes, and it includes priority "skip-the-line" access (usually via Gate 5). This is one of the biggest perks, as the general ticket line can be over an hour long in summer.

9. Is Juliet’s House included?

Yes by choosing the Juliet's combo. Note, you must book a time slot in advance on the official museum website. Select the "Verona Card" option during booking so you only pay the reservation fee (if applicable) rather than the full ticket.

10. Does it include the Torre dei Lamberti?

Yes, entry to the tower is included. However, if you want to use the elevator instead of the stairs, there is a small additional fee (typically €1) to pay on-site.

11. What churches are included?

The "big four" are included: San Zeno, Sant’Anastasia, San Fermo, and the Duomo (Cathedral). These are all part of the Chiese Vive circuit.

12. What about the Funicular to Castel San Pietro?

No. The funicular is not included in the Verona Card. You will need to purchase a separate ticket for the ride (though the view from the top is free!).

14. Is the Airport Shuttle (Aerobus) included?
